Lowered to Sell - Merida Matts Speed 20 Bike with new Tyres and MAXXIS wheels in Jalan Bukit Ho Swee, Central Singapore for sale

I have lowered the price from $500 to $350 to sell. Please note I wont go lower than this as it is easier to take back to NZ at this price.
I am in Singapore 13th-16th September so people can view or buy, otherwise wont be back in Singapore till the 1st of October.
Merida Matts Speed 20 Bike
Adults sized, used to bike to markets/shops etc since relocating to Singapore otherwise is in covered storage in condo. In good condition.
New MAXXIS tires and wheels (the front wheel was stolen so got both replaced)
Centre to top 50cm.
Heat treated alloy.
I will include for free a pump and also a coded bike chain that I will no longer require
I don’t know a lot about bikes so ask away if you have any questions.
I am overseas for the moment and return on the 23rd of August so happy for people to come and inspect/try it out.
The tyres cost me more than what I paid for the Bike but need to sell as I am moving back to New Zealand.
